- Preheat the oven 160°C.
2 bananas • 2tbsp milk • 100g butter (or oil) • 150g flour • 150g sugar • 1tsp baking soda • 1tsp baking powder • 2 eggs
Use a fork to mash the peeled banana in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining cake ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and mix until just combined; be careful to not overmix.100g chocolate chips
Stir in the chocolate chips and transfer the batter into a greased or parchment-lined loaf tin.- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Set aside to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack.
