Prep if using fresh cauliflower
- Preheat the oven to 210┬░C.
- Cut the cauliflower into manageable pieces and shred them into a rice-like consistency with a food processor.
- Evenly spred the cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Transfer the cauliflower into a clean dish towel or cheesecloth and squeese out as much moisture as possible.
Prep if using frozen cauliflower
- Completely thaw the cauliflower.
- Shred the cauliflower into a rice-like consistency with a food processor.
- Transfer the cauliflower into a clean dish towel or cheesecloth and squeese out as much moisture as possible.
Main recipe
- Mix the prepped cauliflower, eggs and cheese into a coherent mass. Season to taste.
- Spread the mass into a 0,5cm thick layer on a lined baking sheet. Switch the oven to fan mode and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Flip the crust and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Take the crust out of the oven, add the toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes,
