  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 eggs large
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  1. Preheat the oven to 180┬░C.
  2. Put everything into a food processor and blend into a relatively smooth batter.
  3. Transfer to a parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  4. Take out of the pan and allow to cool on a wire rack.
