  • 1 quiche crust
  • 150 g heavy cream or quark, thinned out with a bit of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • salt, pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Par-bake the crust for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prep your toppings.
  3. 150g heavy cream • 3 eggs
    Thoroughly mix the cream and eggs and season to taste.
  4. Scatter your toppings over the par-baked crust and pour over the egg mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
