- Pre-heat the oven to 200┬░C.
- Mix flour, milk, vanilla sugar and salt until smooth. Mix in the egg yolks.
- Beat the egg whites and sugar together until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in the milk mixture.
- Heat the butter in an oven-proof pan. Pour in the batter and sprinkle in the raisins.
- Bake for 15 minutes, quarter, flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let caramelise in the oven or with a kitchen torch.
