- Pre-heat the oven to 170┬░C.
- Mix the cake ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour into a spring form and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let cool down and transfer to a plate. With a tablespoon, hollow out the cake 0.5cm deep. Leave a 2cm rim. Set aside the crumbs.
- Slice tha bananas and spread on ther hollowed out part of the cake.
- Whip the cream and fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
- Spread the mixture onto the cake and shape into a dome. Sprinkle with the cake crumbs.
- Regrigerate for at least 2 hours.
