  • 100 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 150 g flour
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 75 ml milk
  • Filling
  • 3 bananas
  • 60 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170┬░C.
  2. Mix the cake ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour into a spring form and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Let cool down and transfer to a plate. With a tablespoon, hollow out the cake 0.5cm deep. Leave a 2cm rim. Set aside the crumbs.
  4. Slice tha bananas and spread on ther hollowed out part of the cake.
  5. Whip the cream and fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
  6. Spread the mixture onto the cake and shape into a dome. Sprinkle with the cake crumbs.
  7. Regrigerate for at least 2 hours.
