- Pre-heat the oven to 175┬░C.
- Combine butter, sugar and vanilla sugar and mix until foamy. Gradually add the eggs and finally mix in the flour until a smooth batter forms.
- Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet.
- Quarter and core the apples. Cut into each quarter 3-4 times. Spread the apples onto the batter.
- Knead together the streusel ingrediends and crumble into rough streusel. Spread evenly on the apples.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
