- Heat up the milk to 30┬░C. Stir in the yeast and the sugar and let bloom for a few minutes.
- Combine flour, water, salt and the milk mixture and knead until smooth.
- Cover and prove for 1 hour.
- Mix the sour cream, schmand and finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Heat up the oil in a high pan. Rip little pieces off the dough and pull them into flat little rounds. Fry from both sides until golden brown.
- Spread the creme on the fried langos and top with cheese.
