  • 500 g flour
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • frying oil

  • 200 g shredded cheese
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g schmand
  • 3 cloves garlic
  1. Heat up the milk to 30┬░C. Stir in the yeast and the sugar and let bloom for a few minutes.
  2. Combine flour, water, salt and the milk mixture and knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and prove for 1 hour.
  4. Mix the sour cream, schmand and finely chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Heat up the oil in a high pan. Rip little pieces off the dough and pull them into flat little rounds. Fry from both sides until golden brown.
  6. Spread the creme on the fried langos and top with cheese.
