- Warm up the milk to 27┬░C. Mix in the yeast and a pinch of sugar and let bloom for a few minutes.
- Combine the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead for 10-15 minutes.
- Cover and let proof for 1 hour.
- Pinch off pieces of the dough, shape into flat rounds and cook in a very hot, dry pan until cooked through and nicely charred.
