  • 125 ml simple syrup (1/3 cup each water & sugar)
  • 750 ml water
  • 180 ml lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
  1. To make the simple syrup, bring equal parts sugar and water to a boil while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool down and refrigerate.
  2. Combine the syrup, lemon juice and water and refrigerate.
