  • 50 g oats
  • 115 g milk
  • 25 g peanut butter
  • 4 g baking powder
  • 1 apple
  • cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180┬░C.
  2. Combine verything except the apple in a food processor and blend into a relatively smooth paste.
  3. Core and dice the apple and spread on top. Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until the center has barely set.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
