- Combine the base ingredients and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refigerate for 1 hour.
- Peel, core and cube the apples. Stir in the cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Preheat the oven to 180┬░C and lightly grease a 26cm springform pan.
- On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the dough slightly larger than the pan. Transfer the dough to the pan and press it in until it forms a 3cm high rim.
- Pour on the apple filling.
- Roughly knead the streusel ingredients and spread them on the filling.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before removing the pan.
