- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 275g banana • 260g flour • 3tsp baking powderMash the banana, add the flour and baking powder and knead until a coherent dough forms. Add more flour if necessary.
- 30g butter • 7g brown sugar • 1,5tsp cinnamonRoll out the dough on a generously floured surface and evenly spread the butter, sugar and cinnamon.
- Tightly roll up, cut into 6 pieces and place on a greased or parchment lined tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
