  • 275 g banana
  • 260 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g butter soft
  • 7 g brown sugar
  • 1,5 tsp cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. 275g banana • 260g flour • 3tsp baking powder
    Mash the banana, add the flour and baking powder and knead until a coherent dough forms. Add more flour if necessary.
  3. 30g butter • 7g brown sugar • 1,5tsp cinnamon
    Roll out the dough on a generously floured surface and evenly spread the butter, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Tightly roll up, cut into 6 pieces and place on a greased or parchment lined tray.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
