  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g milk
  1. 300g flour • 2tbsp baking powder • 1/2tsp salt • 1tsp cinnamon
    Combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. 3 bananas • 2 eggs • 200g milk
    Mash the bananas, then whisk together with the egg and milk until well blended.
  3. Fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fry over medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
