  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g shredded cheese

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. 250g quark • 100g shredded cheese • 3 eggs
    Mix all the Wrap ingredients until smooth. Spread the mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until the edges start to slightly brown. Allow to slightly cool and set after baking to make it easier to remove from the parchment.
  3. 250g ground beef • oil • salt, pepper • cheese • pickles • lettuce • tomatoes
    Prepare the desired toppings and fry the beef, season to taste.
  4. Remove the wrap from the parchment, cut in halfc top with the fillings and roll them up. Wrap in tin foil for easier eating.
