- Finely chop the garlic and chinger and slive the spring ionions. Blend 2/3 of the corn into a paste. Shred the wonder chunks into smaller, thinner pieces. Beat together the eggs.
- Saute├® the garlic, ginger and spring onions over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the stock and soy sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add the corn (paste & whole), wonder chunks and yeast and and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and drizzle in the egg while stirring to get thin threads of egg. Serve topped with black pepper, the rest ofthe spring onions and optionally some sesame oil.
