- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 400g canned tomatoes • 1 tin chickpeas • 1tsp sugar • 1 1/2tbsp curry powder • 1tbsp garam masalaTip everything except the paneer into a roasting tray, season with salt and mix everything.
- 225g paneerCube the paneer and scatter on top of the mix.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until reduced by half.
- Serve with rice or naan.
