  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. 400g canned tomatoes • 1 tin chickpeas • 1tsp sugar • 1 1/2tbsp curry powder • 1tbsp garam masala
    Tip everything except the paneer into a roasting tray, season with salt and mix everything.
  3. 225g paneer
    Cube the paneer and scatter on top of the mix.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until reduced by half.
  5. Serve with rice or naan.
