  • 260 g cream cheese
  • 75 g sugar
  • 8 g cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 g lemon juice
  • 120 g heavy cream
  1. Preheat the oven to 240┬░C.
  2. Whisk together the cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whisk in the eggs one by one.
  4. Pour in the cream and lemon juice and whisk until smooth. Pass through a fine mesh strainer to remove any lumps.
  5. Pour into a greased or parchment-lined cake tin. Reduce the oven to 220┬░C and bake for 15-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Allow to cool down completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before removing from the tin.
