  • 250 ml ketchup
  • 1 onion small
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tbsp balsamico or black chinese vinegar
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • cayenne pepper or chili powder
  • soy sauce
  • worcestershire sauce
  1. Finely dice the onion and sautee until translucent on medium heat.
  2. Stir in the tomato paste, then deglace with some water.
  3. Add the ketchup, honey and vinegar and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the curry powder and season with soy sauce, worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper and let simmer for another minute.
