  • 360 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 115 g dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 pinch salt
  1. Chop the chocolate and dissolve the cornstarch in 1/2 of the milk.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the rest of the milk, sugar, salt and cocoa. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Turn down the heat to low and add in the cornstarch mixture. Whisk until combined and let cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the chocolate, remove from the heat and whisk until dissolved and thickened.
  5. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
