  • 130 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg whites
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g raisins optional
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200┬░C.
  2. Mix flour, milk, vanilla sugar and salt until smooth. Mix in the egg yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites and sugar together until it forms stiff peaks. Fold in the milk mixture.
  4. Heat the butter in an oven-proof pan. Pour in the batter and sprinkle in the raisins.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, quarter, flip and bake for another 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let caramelise in the oven or with a kitchen torch.
