- Combine the meat and the seasoning and let marinate for 15 minutes. Fry with some oil until cooked through.
- Rince the rice. In the rice cooker, combine the rice, water, meat and soybean sprouts and cook until the rice is done.
- Meanwhile, combine the sugar, sesame seeds, garlic, gochugaru and spring onions.
- Serve the rice mixture with the desired amount of sauce.
