- Pre-heat the oven to 180┬░C.
- Juice the lemons.
- Combine the eggs and sugar and whisk until foamy.
- Gradually add the flour, baking powder, most of the lemon juice and margarine. Mix into a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a parchment lined loaf tin, level the top and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix the powdered sugar and the rest of the lemon juice into a thick glaze. Poke some holes into the cake and spread the glaze.
