  • 200 g mazipan
  • 1 egg white
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 70 g slivered almonds
  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  2. Chop the marzipan.
  3. Mix the marzipan, egg white and sugar in a food pricessor until smooth.
  4. With wet hands, portion out walnut-sized balls and toss them in the almonds.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
