- 200 g mazipan
- 1 egg white
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 70 g slivered almonds
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Chop the marzipan.
- Mix the marzipan, egg white and sugar in a food pricessor until smooth.
- With wet hands, portion out walnut-sized balls and toss them in the almonds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
