  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let cool down a bit.
  2. Whisk the egg whites ontil the form stiff peaks and whip the cream.
  3. Whisk the egg yolks until foamy. Slowly mix in the chocolate.
  4. Mix in a tablespoon of the egg whites and the cream. Fold in the rest.
  5. Transfer into bowls and refrigerate overnight.
