  • 500 g flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150 g yoghurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Warm up the milk to 27┬░C. Mix in the yeast and a pinch of sugar and let bloom for a few minutes.
  2. Combine the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Cover and let proof for 1 hour.
  4. Pinch off pieces of the dough, shape into flat rounds and cook in a very hot, dry pan until cooked through and nicely charred.
