  • 400 g flour
  • 750 ml milk

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • sparkling water
  1. Mix the flour, milk, eggs and salt to a smooth batter. Melt and stir in the butter. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Add a splash of sparkling water.
  3. Cook the pancakes until golden brown.
