2 cloves garlic • 30g parsley • 60g pecorino (or parmesan)
Mince or grate the garlic, chop the parsley, grate the cheese and juice and zest the lemon.150g pasta
Cook the pasta to package instructions.1/4tsp chili flakes
5 minutes before the pasta is done, sautee the garlic and chili flakes over medium heat. As soon as the garlic starts to brown, add some pasta water and reduce heat to low.salt, pepper
Add the pasta and season to taste.2tsp butter
Add the butter and lemon juice and mix until the butter has melted.- Add the cheese, parsley and lemon zest, mix and serve.
