- Start cooking the pasta. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
- Melt 30g of the butter over medium high heat, add the garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add the cream, season and let thicken for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the parmesan and remove from the heat.
- Add the sauce to the pasta and mix well. Add the remaining 10g of butter and the parsley and stir until the butter is melted.
- Season to taste and serve with grated parmesan.
