  • 1 clove garlic
  • 20 g ginger
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml chicken stock
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  1. Finely chop the ginger, garlic and chili. Saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the peanut butter and let melt while constantly stirring.
  3. Deglaze with stock and coconut milk and let simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the spring onions.
  4. Season with the soy sauce and serve with the spring onions as garnish.
