- Pre-heat the oven to 177┬░C.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and spices.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugars. Add the pumpkin puree, oil and orange juice.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the flour mixture and gently mix together with a rubber spatula without overworking it. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased or parchment lined baking tin and bake for 60-65 minutes, while covering it with tin foil after 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool inside the tin on a wire rack before removing.
