  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 4 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 shots espresso or 100ml water + 4 tsp instant coffee
  1. Over medium high heat, combine milk, spices sugar and pumpkin puree while whisking constantly. Remove from the heat when the milk is steaming a bit.
  2. Pour a shot of espresso (or 2 tsp instant coffee dissolved in 50ml hot water) into a mug. Pour in the milk mixture through a fine-mesh strainer. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
