- Preheat the oven to 180°C Fan.
500g potatoes • 2 carrots • 2 onions • 2 cloves garlic
Wash (or peel) and chunk the potatoes, peel and cut the carrots into ~2cm pieces, cut the onions into 8 wedges and crush the garlic.1tbsp olive oil • salt, pepper • 4-6 sausages
Transfer the veggies into a baking dish and toss with the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Place the sausages over everything.20g butter • 350ml water • 1 stock cube • 1tsp thyme • 12g cornstarch
Melt the butter, then mix the water, stock cube, thyme, cornstarch and butter. Pour over the sausage and veggies.- Bake for 1 hour, flipping the sausages half way through.
