- Pre-heat the oven to 220┬░C / 200┬░C Fan.
- Combine flour, baking powder and sugar. Cube the butter and work it in with your finger tips until breadcrumby and no clumps of butter remain.
- Whisk up the eggs in a measuring cup. Fill it up with milk until the total liquid is 300ml. Whisk together.
- Pour the mixture into the flour. Keep about 50ml to brush on later.
- Mix into a soft, slightly sticky dough. Turn onto a floured work surface, lightly knead it and roll out to 1cm thickness.
- Cut into as many rounds as possible, work the rest back together and repeat.
- Place onto a parchment lined baking tray, brush with the rest of the milk mixture and bake for 12-15 minutes or until pale golden brown.
