- 30g cashewsOver medium heat, dry-roast the cashews for 2-3 minutes. Roughly chop and set aside. Use the pot to bring a pot of water to the boil.
- 250g cabbageMeanwhile, thinly slice the cabbage.
- 100g rice noodles • 1tbsp miso • 2 limes • 2tbsp sesame oil • 3tbsp waterCook the noodles to package instructions. Meanwhile, mix the miso, juice and zest of the limes, sesame oil and water.
- Toss the noodles, cabbage, dressing and nuts together and serve.
