- Mix everything together into a smooth batter.
- Lightly oil or butter a pan and heat to medium-low.
- Place a lightly oiled or buttered portion ring and fill with around 1/4 cup / 35g batter.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes or until the top looks barely wet, remove from the ring, flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Repeat and allow to cool on a wire rack if not using directly.
