  • 500 g flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 7.5 g sugar
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • 360 ml water

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients und knead into a soft dough for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Shape into a ball, transfer into an oiled bowl and let prove for 1.5 hours.
  3. Divide into two pieces and carefully shape into ovals. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Shape the dough into flat ovals, brush with egg wash and seeds and carefully poke little holes into the dough.
  5. Cover and let rest for another 20 minutes while pre-heating the oven to 250┬░C.
  6. Bake for 7-9 minutes.
