- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
250g milk • 150g butter
Warm up (don’t boil) the milk and add the butter, stir until the butter is melted. Set aside to cool a bit.250g brown sugar • 1/8tsp vanilla • 1/8tsp cinnamon • 300g wholegrain spelt flour • 1 package baking powder • 150g ground hazelnuts • 3tbsp unsweetened cocoa • 1 package gingerbread spice mix
Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients.4 eggs • 3tbsp honey
Add the milk mixture and mix, then add the eggs and honey and thoroughly mix into a smooth batter.- Evenly distribute on a greased or parchment-lines baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
