- 65g flour • 20g powdered sugar • 20g ground almonds • 1 pinch salt • 8g matcha or 10g konggaru or 10g ground black sesameMix all the dry ingredients in a food processor.
- 50g butterCube the butter and add it to the dry mixture. Process until a dough comes together.
- Roll out to a ~1cm thick rectangle between some cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Cut the dough into cubes, set on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
