- 1/2 banana • 15g milk • 15g applesauce • 1tsp vanilla extract • 1 pinch saltMash the banana and add the milk, applesauce, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly.
- 1/7tsp baking powder • 22g wholegrain flour • 5g flax seeds • 8g brown sugarAdd the dry ingredients and mix until it’s just coming together, don’t overmix.
- Microwave for 2 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
