    Mash the banana and add the milk, applesauce, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly.
  2. 1/7tsp baking powder • 22g wholegrain flour • 5g flax seeds • 8g brown sugar
    Add the dry ingredients and mix until it’s just coming together, don’t overmix.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
