  • 1 tin chickpeas
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or ~15g concentrate
  • 100 g tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-5 tbsp ice water or crushed ice

  1. Cook the drained chickpeas and baking soda for 20 minutes. Drain and allow to cool.
  2. Put everything and about 1/3 of the water/ice into a food processor and blend as smooth as desired.
  3. Add more water/ice to get the desired consistency, season to taste.
