- Pre-heat the oven to 190┬░C.
- Beat together the butter, sugar, salt and extracts until smooth. Mix in the flour.
- Scoop the dough into 2.5cm balls and place them on a baking sheet, about 2-3cm apart. Gently flatten them to about 1.5cm thickness.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges just begin to brown.
- With a spoon or a bottle cap, press a well into the warm cookies and ill with jam. Allow to cool completely before glazing.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract and corn syrup, then drizzle over the cookies.
