  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 ml sake
  • 3 tbsp mirin
  • 4 pak choi
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 50 g cashews
  • 100 g heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ginger
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized stripes and marinate in the soy sauce.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the pak choi and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and chop the cashews.
  3. Fry the chicken until golden brown. Add ginger and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Deglaze with sake and let it cook down. Add mirin and transfer into a bowl.
  4. Saute the pak choi and mushrooms in a bit of butter. Add the chicken, cashews and cream. Season to taste.
