  • 210 g wholegrain flour
  • 210 g 550 flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 7 g dry yeast
  • sesame seeds

  • 400 g water
  1. Thoroughly mix everything togerher in a bowl.
  2. Transfer to a baking tin, cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Put the tin into the cold oven and turn on the oven to 210┬░C fan. As soon as the oven has reached temperature, bake for 45 minutes. Cover with tin foil if it browns too quickly.
  4. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
